Is this your first time seeking therapy or you are not sure which therapist is right for you? Schedule a free, 15-minute consultation with one of our therapist. The therapist will inform you on how therapy will go and be able to answer your questions about therapy.

First Responders & Veterans Therapy Sessions

Are you an officer, veteran, firefighter, or EMT who is having a hard time winning the fight over your thoughts and emotions? We offer reduced rates for our first responders, with access to vetted therapists who understand the first responder community. It is OK to not be OK. We do not want you to stay there.
